Please note that we require a £250 cheque deposit to be left with the owner or key holder at time of occupancy to cover any significant damages. Whilst we accept that minor breakages may occur from time to time, an inventory is taken prior to each party staying in the granary and reviewed prior to departure. Please inform us of any damages or breakages no matter how small. Reasonable deductions from the damage deposit will be made to cover the cost of replacing any broken items.

Around school holidays, we will usually give preference to full week bookings.
